DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery is carried out worldwide, taking into account the terms of delivery services for each region
An order can be delivered in two ways:
Shipping is paid by the seller. In rare cases, the cost of delivery is paid by the buyer and is discussed individually when placing an order.
PLEASE NOTE: We are a workshop and all items are handmade to order. Production times are indicated in the product description. On average, the order is made 10-15 days. In addition to those items that are in stock.
Delivery time depends on the country of the recipient. Estimated delivery time: to Europe - about 2-3 weeks, delivery to the USA - 3-4 weeks, delivery to other countries - up to 6 weeks, excluding the time for manufacturing products.
Parcels are sent from Ukraine and we cannot influence its movement outside the country, but we take responsibility to do everything possible so that you receive delivery on time. If the package is lost, we will solve this problem by sending you a replacement.
All orders are shipped with a confirmation and a tracking number. We recommend tracking the shipment on the official website of your mail.
Goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
We can replace the goods only in case of damage to its integrity during transportation. To do this, you need to provide a video and photo confirming the damage to the goods immediately after receipt.
